3D MODELING

We create, render, and use 3D models to not only better visualize the final product, but to ensure that all new members fit perfectly with any existing structure or equipment. Once a model is created or imported, we can then produce any type of drawing or file that is needed for your design or fabrication. 3D modeling helps us design connections and components in a fast and concise manner.

Our prefered tool for 3D modeling is Tekla Structures (X-Steel). X-Steel allows us to easily import 2D or 3D CAD Files from Architectural or Engineering drawings

SHOP DETAILING

Structural steel detailing and erection drawings are prepared to facilitate the manufacturing and erection process for each element within a structure.
 

We rely on the expertise of our design team to combine our engineering skills with our manufacturing knowledge to find an easy cost effective solution to fabrication and installation.
 

We also offer assistance in ordering materials, coordination of fabrication and transportation sequences, and on-site support.
